Returns: You can return any full-price, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome for a different size or color, subject to availability, and must be initiated within 14 days from delivery.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” (including items purchased during seasonal sales or promotion) are not eligible for return or exchange.

How To Return or Exchange:

1.      Request Approval: To begin the return or exchange process, please contact ariar@ariarbyaria.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.      Packaging: Ensure that the item is carefully packed in its original packaging, with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.

3.      Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. 

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm the item meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds typically take 5-7 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank institution.
